Our onboardings make tandems and their environment "ready to start". Depending on the scope of the topic, our coaches work intensively for two to three days on various tandem-relevant content. We look at the internal relationship in the tandem, work out the job sharing design and a detailed organizational plan, and delve into the topic of placement and marketing. You can also expect life hacks, watch-outs, current research findings and practical examples and a lot of experience from over 70 tandem onboardings! With our process support, we stay by your side for as long as you need us!

For managers of tandems, we offer our digital on-demand onboarding. With video tutorials, interactive elements and our Q&A chat, no question remains unanswered, so that you can optimally accompany and support your tandem!

And even if the team of a top-sharing tandem needs to be brought on board professionally, we can provide support with our team workshop!

We are here to help you with the right application training, whether you want to apply as an established or potential tandem in the company or on the open market. We support you in how to write an application correctly and how to prepare well for the interview. You can also learn the most important arguments for and against job sharing in order to be well prepared for critical questions.

Our coaches also accompany you individually in the application process and are available to provide you with advice and support.

Do you want to make job sharing a permanent strategic part of your company's DNA, but can't see the forest for the trees? Regardless of whether you are planning a job sharing big bang or a pilot: in the strategic kick-off workshop, we will create an overview, lay the foundation for your project and find the right strategy to successfully implement job sharing in your company. And, by working together with the most important stakeholders, we will clarify all questions relating to job sharing. Depending on our preliminary discussions, we will work out, for example, which basic policy makes sense, how stakeholders in the company can be activated on the topic in a target group-appropriate manner, how positions in job sharing are filled or what constitutes a good match. After the workshop, we will have gained an overview of the project and laid the foundations for a rollout.

With our video kit, we support the rollout of job sharing in the company by using our video tutorials to inform, activate and inspire employees and management on the topic! In nine different videos, for example, superiors learn about the advantages of implementing job sharing in their own team, or those interested in job sharing learn more about how to match themselves with other employees, how to find a job and how to apply.

At the same time, we will dispel classic prejudices about job sharing and demystify the most important questions surrounding the work model!

Are you the type for the job sharing model? An interesting question, because not everyone is suited to the model!

Our Tandembility Test is a research-based self-test that measures suitability for working in job sharing. We designed the Tandembility Test as a campaign tool for introducing job sharing. A curiosity-stimulating opportunity to get your stakeholders and employees to engage with the model.

At the same time, the tandembility test is a needs assessment tool! Once the tandembility test is in use, we create an accurate (anonymous) profile of the employee groups interested in job sharing in the all-round report. 60% men are interested...? 40% of interested employees are under 30 years old...? Reliable figures say more than many words and also convince top management!

On the one hand, the fully digitized tool provides all actors involved with important knowledge on the subject of job sharing, so that they can contribute to the optimal implementation of job sharing. On the other hand, it records the development of the tandem and their needs for the best possible implementation. The reports generated enable an optimal evaluation of the job sharing pilot and pave the way for a professional scaling of the work model.
